We are switching to Jira Service Desk

We are pleased to announce that we are switching to Jira Service Desk to improve your experience when requesting support. You may notice that you are asked to register to log a support request as early as May7, 2018. We recommend using the same email address you use to connect to Jira. Once logged in, you’ll notice a new look and feel to the Service Desk, and you’ll notice a few more differences in the coming weeks as we work towards polishing the new environment.
