You can edit or create new workload schemes and apply the schemes to users. You must assign all users to a Tempo workload scheme. New users are automatically added to the default workload scheme.

To create a new workload scheme, complete the following steps:

  1. On the main menu bar, select Tempo > Tempo administration. You can also click on the Gear icon on the Tempo Sidebar to the left.
  2. Under Schemes, click on Workload Schemes.
  3. Enter the name, description and working hours for each day of the new workload scheme.
  4. Click Add to save.

To delete an existing workload scheme, you must first ensure that the workload scheme you wish to delete has zero members. Complete the following steps:

  1. On the main menu bar, select Tempo > Tempo administration. You can also click on the Gear icon on the Tempo Sidebar to the left.
  2. Under Schemes, click on Workload Schemes.
  3. On the scheme you wish to delete, click on Members.
  4. If the scheme has any members, Move them to another workload scheme.
  5. Once the scheme has no members left, you can Delete the scheme using the link in the right-most column.
