Can I migrate between the Cloud and Server versions of your products?

We do not currently offer migrations between Tempo Cloud and Server as there are very significant differences in the database structure between the two hosting solutions.

In order to be able to migrate between cloud and server versions we would need to implement a backup and restore feature for both of them, which we cannot do now as our resources are focused on the on-going project of migrating all of our cloud customers to the new Connect framework. This project entails reimplementing all of our core features in the cloud and moving our customers into this framework and it should take another couple of months. After this is done we can start to focus on improving our products and systems, including giving customers full access to their data and the ability to create back-ups of their systems and restore them if necessary.
