Tempo is switching to Jira Service Desk to better address your support requests. When you register to log a new support request, we recommend using the same email address you use to connect to Jira. During the transition you'll notice incremental changes as we polish the environment.
Note: Any tickets already logged with us will be addressed as usual, but new requests will come through Jira Service Desk.
