How do I find my SEN number?

Required permission: JIRA Administrators

Your SEN (Support Entitlement Number) can be found under the Manage Add-ons section of the JIRA Administration page. Click on the Gear Icon and select Add-ons. On the left-hand menu, click on Manage add-ons. Find your required Tempo product, such as Timesheets, and click on the arrow next to it. This will load your add-on details, where you can find your SEN number.

If you are a billing or technical contact without product access, you can find your SEN number in your My Atlassian account or in your invoices. 

If you are not an administrator, a billing contact, or a technical contact, please contact your product administrator.
